Sir,
I have received your “Circular” of the 11th instant in relation to annual Reports and Estimates for the fiscal year 1864 - 65.
In answer to which, I would state that they have been forwarded, except the estimate for the Hospital. There were none made for Magazine, Ordinance buildings, Tools and for supplies pertaining to that Bureau.
