Sir,
I have received your “Circular” stating that “all materials and articles, which may be required during the next fiscal year ending June 30, 1864, for Magazines, and Ordinance buildings, Extensions, Machinery &c. will be scheduled and sent to the Bureau of Ordinance and omitted in Schedule for your Bureau”.
