I enclosed herewith, a copy of the Civil Engineers Estimate in detail, of all the objects under Appropriation of “Improvements for Navy Yard” including those of the “Victualing Establishment” and “Ordinance Work Shop” directed to be made out in the Bureau's letter of 19th instant.
The plans will be forwarded in a few days.
