I transmit herewith, plat of the grounds at Fort Norfolk; showing the temporary boundaries as agreed upon by the Messers R.E. & William E. Taylor and myself; and by which I shall be governed in running the fence.
The spot marked thus on the plat, is the location proposed for the Keepers House.
