Sir,
I transmit a schedule of materials that will be required in addition to those now under contract to build the Powder Magazine at Fort Norfolk; also estimate made by the Master Mason and Master Joyner of the additional sum required to a erect it in accordance with the plan sent with your letter of the 3rd December last.
